How Does One Place Value on a Human Being?

What is a “moral dilemma”? “Moral” means having to do with right and wrong. “Dilemma” means to be torn between two options when there are things about each of the options that seem to trouble us — choices that are disturbing in some way. So, this particular moral dilemma is trying to get us to recognize what you value the most: do you value the life of your dog more than you value the life of a stranger.
