When we look at the story of creation it’s clear that in the beginning, God created only two people, Adam the first man, and Eve his wife. He then commanded this first couple to be fruitful and multiply fill the earth and subdue it. In this original creation account, there’s no mention of any other people that God directly created who were not the descendants of this first pair.
For various reasons, some have wondered if God directly created other humans later or during the creation that are not mentioned.
God stated in Genesis 3 that Adam and his wife Eve were the ones who brought sin into the world and all their human descendants suffered because of their sin. Ultimately, the Savior who came from the seed of the woman provided a way for all humans who descended from that first pair to be reunited with their God.
