The Extraordinary Blood of the Horseshoe Crab

But all blood isn’t necessarily red. As a matter of fact, there’s this really, really cool sea creature called the horseshoe crab that doesn’t have red blood. He has blue blood.

The horseshoe crab is considered to be one of the oldest creatures on Earth, when life was just developing in the oceans. But that’s not true. God tells us specifically that he made sea creatures on day five of creation. But why did he give this creature blue blood? Everything God makes is for a purpose and has a function. It has a reason.
