A lot of people think the pyramids were built before Noah’s Flood. But that isn’t possible because the Flood was far more destructive than they imagine.
Others think they were built shortly after the Flood, but assume there must have been far more time between the Flood and the time of Abraham to fit the Egyptian records’ timeframe. But I don’t see any evidence of missing generations, and that causes a problem because it means we really don’t have that much time.
There’s a third approach that might help us understand when the pyramids are built and that’s if you try to shave off some centuries in Egyptian history….
I think the Bible beautifully fits Egyptian history through that time period. But the secular date of the building of the pyramids is before the biblical flood. So, we have to accept that these are two things that must be reconciled.
