The Bible is the accurate recorded word of God that contains vast amounts of self-confirming testimony. And, since it is true, the historical record preserved for us in the field of archaeology provides us with all kinds of examples of the Bible’s claims showing up in the real world.

Today, we take a minute to remember one of the pivotal moments in Jewish history that God predicted long before it took place. God has always spoken truth and he can be depended upon to both tell us what will be in the future and what has been in the past, no matter how unexpected or counter to the popular ideas around us.
