Here’s a list of common questions that we hope will be helpful. If you have additional questions, or if you would like to share your content with us, please contact us via the “Share” page.

GENERAL FAQ:

Q. Can I Volunteer?

A. Yes! We love volunteers. Many of our projects are online, so you can volunteer from wherever you are.

Q. What kind of content would you be looking for?

A. If you would like to submit articles, podcasts, or videos that would be great! It doesn’t have to be long either, just well composed. It can be on almost anything relating to God’s creation, whether it’s apologetics, or a neat fact explained, or whatever perspective you wish to write from.

The magnificence of our Creator’s Universe is overwhelmingly vast. So are the subjects that pertain to it, and there is no lack of material that could be used as inspiration for articles or other content!

Q. What type of Creation Content is permitted?

A. Just about anything relating to God’s creation, which brings glory to Him. Whether it’s more “scientific” in nature or an interesting observation, a question posed, whatever you feel that you’re led to contribute.

We do require the content to be of good quality, (articles with a reasonable attempt at grammatical correctness, photos of a type that you would be proud to share with a large group, videos with quality content and sound).

All content, regardless of topic, must be from the perspective of a literal historical view of creation as found in the book of Genesis. This would include a young earth (thousands, not billions), and a literal seven 24-hour day Creation Week. If you have any related photography you would like to add to articles or submit in a stand-alone form you are welcome to do that as well.

Q. Is there a min/max word or character limit?

A. No, not at this time.

Q. Does all this mean that I can submit anything I like, and it will be posted?

A. No, only original work will be considered. It could have been previously posted and need not be exclusive but should be your own material, with no possible copyright infringement. ALL MATERIAL is moderated. Your content will not go live until it is reviewed by at least one moderating party. We, the Creation Club, have the right to accept or deny any material, for any reason, at any time, without repercussion, and should we find that it is not a good fit for the Creation Club, the content may not be shown. By submitting content, you agree to these terms.

Q. Am I turning over any rights to you when I submit content?

A. Absolutely not! Your material is still your intellectual property, we are merely a globally recognized community attempting to share your talents, gifts, passions to a broad base of readers through our very search-engine-friendly site.

Q. When would you like me to submit scheduled content?

A. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly… I want to work with you to find your best solution. We don’t want you getting burned-out, or hold you to a schedule that your life can’t keep up with, so you have the added stress of not being able to meet deadlines.

Q. I would like to submit content, but I need an account created for my contributor profile.

A. Because of spam, this has to be done internally by our moderators. Please use the contact page to get in touch with us and let us know of your request. Include your full name, preferred username, and password. Once your account is created, you will be emailed your login information. Then you will be able to log in and fill out your author bio and other pertinent information.

Q. I need to get into my account to submit content. Where is the login page?

A. Again, this link will be emailed to you upon registration as a new contributor (SEE ABOVE). Please keep the link in a safe place and do not share it with others.

Q. I speak multiple languages. Could I help with translations?

A. Yes! We have volunteers who assist with various languages, but there are so many articles being submitted on a daily basis that we certainly can use any assistance you would be willing to give.

Q. What about doctrinal, political, or extremely controversial issues?

A. When in doubt, email us before you write. We try to avoid heavy doctrinal topics, as this website is primarily focused on Biblical Creation. If you feel that a topic may be sensitive, pray about how to approach that topic before writing. Sleep on it before submitting. While we ask that you not make extremely controversial topics the MAIN SUBJECT of a feature article, this does not mean that you should shy away from passionate topics. Just do so in an understanding manner, as secondary notes or side-points within the article. Whether you are discussing doctrinal, political, or extremely argumentative topics, you should preface with the equivalent of an “I believe” before stating your opinion. Again, as a website, we are already tackling a sensitive issue (the validity of the Biblical literal creation). If you feel that you have to ask us, then by all means please email, but consider that there may be a better topic to write on.

MAGAZINE:

Q. Does Creation Club Magazine accept article submissions?

Yes. Please contact us if you are interested in submitting articles. Due to limited space in the layout, we usually only accept short articles for the magazine – 500 words or under. Longer articles can be published on The Creation Club website.

Q. I have content I’d like to share for the magazine. How do I submit it?

You need to contact us. Submitting articles for the magazine works just like submitting articles for the website. If you are already a contributor on the website, simply submit the article through the website like usual.

Q. I just subscribed to the magazine. When do I get my first copy?

A. Please allow eight weeks to receive your first issue of Creation Club Magazine. We send the magazine to press sometimes more than a month in advance, which means that new addresses don’t receive the current issue. If you haven’t subscribed yet and would like to, you can do so here.
