Where did the Desert Sand Come From?
What is sand made of?
Stones. Very small stones.
How would natural forces make sand?
By erosion, such as large rocks being broken by the action of ice, water, and wind.
Beaches have sand, which comes from rocks being ground down.
To make the many deserts on earth, there would need to be a lot of water and a lot of rock being ground down.
The global flood, which God sent to punish a wicked world, would have supplied the water and rock to make the sand.

My wife told me recently that the USA is around the size of the Sahara Desert. According to the sketch in the lower left, it may be even larger! See blue outline. [Editor’s note: It’s only Alaska that gives the USA the size edge.]
Imagine driving all across the USA and seeing only sand.
God said to Abraham (Gen 22:17), “I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring…as the sand that is on the seashore.”
The Apostle Paul, however, wrote that “only a remnant of them will be saved” (Rom 9:27). Sadly, most will be destroyed.
Nevertheless, that does not mean that heaven won’t be full, for Rev 7:9‒10 says, “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands: and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.’”
Jesus is referred to as the Lamb because He was slain on a cross for sinners like you and me. He has washed my sin away in His precious blood, and He can wash your sins away. Humble your heart before Him, asking for His forgiveness of your sins. Ask Him for His righteousness.
