The Great Darwinian Propaganda Machine – What it is, WHO it is and How They Operate. Exposé #4: The American Inquisition, a.k.a., Public Education System

IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD…”

In the first installment of Exposé #4, I focused upon the public education system in the United States. Here I focus more upon the formal legal establishment.

All right students: get ready for a quiz. Are you ready? Are you all “studied up?” Are you sure? This test has only two questions. You must answer both questions correctly to pass. You miss one question-you fail. There is no in between. Okay, students, here it is:

1) What official document of the federal government of the United States of America acknowledges Jesus Christ as the “Lord” of this nation?

2) What official document of the federal government of the United States of America acknowledges the biblical doctrine of God as Creator?

Answer to Test Question #1: The official document of the federal government of the United States of America which acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord is the United States Constitution.

Answer to Test Question #2: The official document of the federal government of the United States of America which acknowledges the biblical doctrine of God as Creator is the Declaration of Independence.

Most of you Americans knew the answer to #2, (“We deem these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator…” etc.) but I rather suspect that most of you have never heard anyone acknowledge the answer to #1.

I spent several years when I was younger studying Constitutional Law. I also read nearly every Opinion of the Court of the U. S. Supreme Court ever handed up to the People on the 1st, 4th, 5th, 13th, 14th, and 16th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. (Notice I said “also” inasmuch as I do not acknowledge that every majority Opinion of the U. S. Supreme Court constitutes Constitutional law or is pursuant to the U. S. Constitution.) I also wore out my copy of The Federalist Papers, written by James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay.

Heads up to all you creation-evolution junkies: you know how evolutionists have twisted and distorted and LIED about virtually everything having any relevance to creation and evolution? Well, guess what? The same thing has happened in the arena of Constitutional law both in the Courts and in the law schools! And it is largely the same people and the same organizations, not the least of which is the ACLU, the American Civil Liberties Union (more accurately known as the Anti-Christ Liberties Union) an organization which cares not one whit about civil liberties.

During my studies of Constitutional law I came upon an interesting CONTRAST between the State Constitutions versus the U. S. Constitution that no one, as far as I know, has ever pointed out in any literature that I have ever read (which is utterly unfathomable to me). It is this: ALL of the colonial State constitutions of America at the time the federal Constitution was ratified in 1787 were explicitly Christian in nature and most of them had established denominations as State churches (an “establishment of religion” to use the First Amendment’s language), yet NONE of the State constitutions ended with the dating designation “in the year of our Lord.” All the State constitutions simply dated their constitutions as for example, “June 16, 2015,” bare month, day and year. Yet the federal, United States Constitution ends with the words,

“the seventeenth day of September IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven.”

Did you get that? Did you even know that language was in the Constitution? Do you remember your high school history teacher or college professor highlighting that language in the Constitution to your class? I didn’t think so. Is Jesus Christ the Lord of the United States or not? According to the ACLU, he is not. According to the United States Constitution, he is.

Creation Club U S Constitution In the year of our Lord

Anyone who has studied the framing of the U. S. Constitution knows how exceedingly meticulous the Framers were about every single word in the Constitution. They followed the examples and formats and formulas of previous constitutions in a multitude of ways down to the minutiae. Yet here, in the closing, they DEPARTED from established tradition of dating by bare date, month, and year to specifically include the acknowledgement “the year of OUR LORD.” None of the State constitutions used these words. This was not a mere knee-jerk formula. I ask, what religious figure dates 1787 years from the signing of the U. S. Constitution? It is, of course, the Lord Jesus Christ. So, Jesus Christ is the Lord of the United States via acknowledgement and mandate of the Constitution.

The U. S. Constitution was understood by the Framers to be a Christian document of a Christian nation. However, the Founders were very cautious to avoid sectarian, denominational favoritism by rejecting religious oaths or tests (which oaths would have been formulated differently by different Christian denominations), but the concept of the U. S. Constitution as somehow devoid of Christianity at its heart is an asinine and delusional belief at best.

The establishment clause of the First Amendment (“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…”) had one purpose: to avoid Christian sectarianism at the federal level by prohibiting the federal government from establishing one particular church or denomination as the established church of the federal union. THAT is the true and ONLY purpose of the establishment clause of the First Amendment, and THAT is the purpose for prohibiting religious oaths or tests, as well. The purpose was to avoid Christian sectarian battles. It was never meant to empty the federal government of Christian religious principles. Quite the contrary.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were not meant to establish religious neutrality at the federal level in regards to the Christian faith in general. It was understood by all that, as a nation, “OUR LORD” was Jesus Christ as the Constitution specifically designates, and Christianity and the Bible were at the heart of public policy. It is sectarian favoritism among Christian sects that is avoided by the Constitution, not the special status of Christianity in general. The words “OUR LORD” in the United States Constitution were not put there by accident as some kind of intellectual hiccup. They were put there by men who were given over to exacting scrutiny of all of the minutiae of the document they were producing.

Now I am not going to turn this into a doctoral thesis and defend this obvious and self-evident fact against every conceivable objection that the minds of perverse men can concoct. (And believe me, there are a lot of perverse minds out there concocting things.) I am only throwing this out there in the hopes that some of you young’ns might pursue this proposition in the arena of the law. I am too old to embark on this as a life’s project. But I would like to see much greater numbers of young Christian students flooding into the law schools than there currently are who understand the true intent of the U. S. Constitution. This nation was intended to be a Christian republic with Jesus Christ officially acknowledged as OUR LORD.

BTW, words of wisdom: while you are going for your law degree (or any degree directly or indirectly touching upon the subject of evolution for that matter), if you want to pass your courses with flying colors, make sure your professors all think (yes, that’s right, pretend) you are a standard, run-of-the-mill, hatemongering anti-Christian bigot. At the most, don’t let your professors know you’re anything other than a nominal Christian at best, and don’t even think of divulging that you are a young earth creationist. If you do, you’re done for. You will never get your degree. If you do, don’t expect passing grades from your professors. My biblical justification for this advice, you ask? “Be as wise as serpents and as harmless as doves.”

After you get your law degree in hand, then come out of the closet. The atheistic Great Darwinian Propaganda Machine that runs our academic establishment has declared war against you. If you were in the Allied intelligence service during WWII fighting against Hitler, would you not feel justified using false identification to accomplish your goals? As far as I’m concerned, you have no obligation to offer yourself up as a willing sacrifice to those in academia who have malicious intent against you because of your faith. Be wise. Be circumspect: “The devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”

In our next article, we will look at a (sadly) typical case of evolutionist persecution of creationist scientists in academia, all in the service of repressing information relevant to the creation-evolution controversy: the Mark Armitage case.

I am a former atheist and was an evolutionist during my college days, but came to faith in Christ at the age of 20. I regard my pro-creation activities as part of the work of the kingdom of God. I believe that a very tough, strident and unapologetic stance against evolution is called for though I may soften my tone if and when Mark Armitage and David Coppedge, fired for their creationist beliefs, are given their jobs back.
