Transcript: Are wasps smarter than humans? No, but how did they know how to make paper before man knew? Easy, their Designer (aka our Designer) programmed them that way. You were programmed to breathe at nigt, and your heart was programmed to keep beating when you are asleep. In fact, bacteria in your gut were programmed to help you digest your food. You don’t have a clue ow to disperse your food to different parts of your body. God does it every second of your life. Have you ever thanked Him for keeping you alive? If not, do you think it would be good to thank Him even before reading the next word?
“You say, ‘Designer,’ Paul. Can you be more specific? Where can I find Him? Is He at the opposite end of the universe?”
His Spirit is right there keeping you alive. Whose Spirit? God’s Spirit. The Spirit of Jesus.
“Isn’t Jesus mad at me for doing lots of bad things?”
Yes, but He is also full of mercy. Remember the thief on the cross? He knew that he had done wrong things, but he asked Jesus, who was on another cross, to remember him. That was faith, and Jesus responded that that thief would be with Him in paradise that very day.
You have permission to talk with Him even now, if you humble your proud heart. Ask him to wash and save you.
