Scientists would find it so nice to have a clear answer on how quickly mitochondrial DNA — the tiny set of genetics we inherit from our mothers — changes, but it’s not that simple.

Today, we go for a journey exploring what we know, what we can’t be sure of, and what it all means for our view of the past. As always, Dr. Carter breaks things down in ways that allows us to catch what he’s throwing out for us, not to mention giving us a scenic walk as he explains why we can have confidence that God’s Word provides us with an accurate picture of our human past!
