Life cannot come from non-life. Ask a well-studied evolutionist to use only the scientific method to answer the question: how did non-living matter become alive? Their honest answer is, we don’t know or it just happened. Their position is based on faith that life and evolution just happened.
It turns out that the “simple cell” is not so simple after all. It’s like a self-running city with specialized departments, a nucleus control center storing DNA, mitochondria power plants, and ribosomes like factories building proteins.
And there’s over 30 trillion of these cells in your body. Counting them one cell per second would take over a million years.
These cells are constantly reading DNA instructions, building thousands of proteins per second, and even repairing damage. It’s like a factory that’s designing, manufacturing, and fixing itself at the same time. Inside these cells are even tiny molecular machines that operate with exact precision as they walk along molecular tracks, copy DNA with error checking, and even some with spinning motors.
But the really incredible part is what’s inside of these cells. DNA. A half million DNA molecules can fit on the tip of a needle. And stretching just one DNA strand reveals the 6′ long, 3 billion base pair instruction manual for building you.
Putting all the DNA in your body end to end stretches out over 40 billion miles. That’s over 80,000 trips to the moon and back in a distance that would take an F-18 fighter jet over 4,000 years to cover. Now, that’s design.
